You are responsible for ensuring that the use of our equipment complies with all licensing requirements and regulations in your jurisdiction.

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Product Descriptions

Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred.

Training Services

Training programs included with equipment purchases are subject to scheduling availability. Additional training beyond the initial program may incur extra fees.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Payment Terms

• Full payment or approved financing is required before equipment delivery
• We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and approved financing plans
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may be subject to restocking fees or may not be possible if the order has been processed for shipping.

We ship to addresses throughout Canada. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

You are responsible for inspecting equipment upon delivery and reporting any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours. Professional installation services are available and recommended for most equipment.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Quantum Medi Creation or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. The Quantum Medi Creation name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Quantum Medi Creation.
